EarlyON Child and Family Centres

 

EarlyON Child and Family Centres provide programming for children and families.  We offer a range of services and resources where you can:

  • join fun activities such as storytelling, arts, science, sing-alongs and games
  • get advice from professionals trained in early childhood development
  • find out about other family services in your community
  • connect with other families with young children

Program Descriptions;
Play & Learn: Child-led and a play-based approach to support healthy child development while engaging children and their parents or caregivers.  Sensory experiences, songs, rhymes and stories are provided for continued childhood growth.  Open to children ages 0-6 years old and their families. 
Baby Play: Families with children aged 0-18 months can play, learn and explore.  Parents and caregivers can ask questions related to feeding, growth and development, and community resources.  

 

The following are monthly highlighted programs that do NOT require registration.

Well Baby with a Public Health Nurse
Parents and caregivers of babies ages 0-18 months attend a Baby Play program to get support with breastfeeding, growth and development, maternal health, and more from a Public Health Nurse.  Drop-in during Baby Play programs in;

An interactive program for parents, caregivers, and babies aged 0-18 months to experience the benefits of early stimulation, sensory, and creative art experiences.
