Haldimand-Norfolk REACH has a process that allows people to make a complaint and work towards a resolution. It is important to us that we hear from you if you are dissatisfied with services so that we can work together to make them better. If you would like to make a complaint, please follow the Complaint Procedure that is attached here. You could also ask your staff person to provide you with a form or you can also contact our office at 519-587-2441 or 1-800-265-8087 x230 and speak with the receptionist about sending you a complaint form.
