Teen Resource Program

CAPC offers free prenatal classes, resources for pregnant teens and a fun support program called, Young Parents Group.

Teen Prenatal Classes:

  • Great snacks provided
  • Come on your own or with a coach partner
  • Free group or individual classes
  • Prenatal vitamins
  • Food gift certificates
  • Gently used infant clothes
  • Car Seats
  • Breast pumps

Young Parents Group

Pregnant and parenting teens are invited to enjoy a nutritious meal, parent-child activities, discussions, support and information, belly painting and belly casting at the Ontario Early Years Centre in Simcoe.

This program is offered to pregnant and parenting teens (19 years and under).

Is there a cost for this program?
This is a free program. CAPC is sponsored by Haldimand-Norfolk REACH. The Public Health Agency of Canada, in agreement with the Province of Ontario, provides funding for CAPC.
