Residential Placement & Advisory Committee
The Residential Placement Advisory Committee(RPAC) is a review mechanism to monitor certain placements of children in residential care.

Is there a cost for this service?
No.

Am I eligible?
The Residential Placement Advisory Committee review process is available to children and youth from Haldimand-Norfolk who:
  • are in residential placements of 10 beds or more which are intended to, or actually, last 90 days or longer
  • are 12 years of age or older and are objecting to residential placement
  • are referred by the Minister
RPAC does not review:
  • placements in secure treatment
  • placements with persons who are neither service providers or foster parents
  • maternity homes
