At CONTACT Haldimand-Norfolk, our staff provides assistance and referrals to children with developmental disabilities and children and youth with mental health issues.
In cases of extraordinary needs, or where current services are not meeting individual needs, staff will offer Service Resolution. Staff will work with you, or on your behalf, to:
- provide information;
- help you access additional services, if necessary;
- determine whether services may need to be tailored, or combined with other local services;
- and, bring other service providers together to plan to provide the best possible support for you, or your family member.
