REACH Family Services Counselling Programs provides counselling for individuals 18 years of age and older who are struggling with personal, emotional and/or relationship issues.

Our counsellors use a positive approach, focusing on your strengths, to help you develop solutions in a timely manner.

Assistance is available for:

•  Anger
•  Anxiety
•  Communication
•  Conflict
•  Depression
•  Grief and loss
•  Parenting
•  Separation/Divorce
•  Stress
•  Violence

Service is available in Simcoe, Caledonia, Townsend and Dunnville.

Is there a cost for this service?
For those with low income - No

For those with Employee Assistance Program through Family Services - No

For those with Extended Health Care Benefits - No
Note:  most Extended Health Care Benefit Programs require payment up front with reimbursement.

For all others - fee is based on income, and ranges from $0 - $75.00 per visit.

Am I eligible?
You must be at least 18 years of age, and for all subsidized counselling, must be a resident of Haldimand and Norfolk Counties.
