Employee Assistance Program (EAP) |
|
For the Employee:
Employee assistance programs allow employees to easily access professional and confidential assistance without a wait. Your employers will not know anything about the type of counselling or the fact that an employee is attending counselling.
Our program is affiliated with Family Services Employee Assistance Program, Canada's largest employment assistance program, offering innovative programs to more than 5000 organizations across Canada.
For the Employer:
Our goal is to work with employers and their employees to optimize workplace wellness. We tailor our counselling programs to assist your company in achieving positive outcomes. The benefits of our services include reducing costs associated with absenteeism and stress-related illness. We use a solution-focused approach to counselling to assist the employees with resolving their struggles in a timely manner.
