The home provides you and your family with a break in the day-to-day care of your adult family member. Twenty-four hour care is provided by a Developmental Services Worker, a Registerd Nurse or a Registered Practical Nurse, depending on the medical needs of the adults in residence during that particular respite period.

Am I eligible for this program?
To be eligible, adults must be 18 years of age or older with a diagnosed developmental delay and be medically fragile/technology dependent requiring nursing supports.

There is no cost for this program.
