Neighbouring Communities
HN REACH continues involvement in the Neighbouring Communities Project, a relationship building initiative with Six Nations and the community of Caledonia. This project began as a community assignment in consultation with Michael White from Adelaide, Australia, in March 2007 in response to distress arising from land rights issues. Two joint community gatherings were held as well as over 30 individual consultations drawing forward common themes and hopes for the future. HN REACH continues to play a part in this project with ongoing support of the Pen Pal Project, and Women's Gatherings.
