Haldimand-Norfolk REACH is involved in numerous dynamic and collaborative community based networks that focus on planning initiatives to support children, youth, individuals, families and communities. REACH is fully committed to participating in these initiatives in partnership with other community organizations and interested stakeholders as we work toward our Vision of increased well-being for individuals, families and our community.
