REACH Licensed Home Child Care Program was developed to meet the unique needs of families in Haldimand and Norfolk counties. Our caregivers recognize the importance of quality care and the right of each child to be recognized and accepted as an individual.
Early Learning Caregivers are self employed individuals, 18 years of age and older who provide childcare in their own homes for up to 5 children.
Caregivers follow standards to ensure that health, safety and developmental needs of children are being met.

Our Program will ....
- Collect parent fees and guarantee payment for childcare that is provided
- Assist with advertising and parent referrals
- Provide ongoing support with ideas, current information, policies and regular home visits
- Provide equipment loans (ie. cots, double strollers, high chairs, playpens)
- Provide professional development; First Aid, CPR, workshops and training in childcare related topics.
