In Home Intervention

The In Home Intervention Program provides intensive service for those children and youth who are experiencing significant social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties that make it hard for them to manage in home, school and/or community settings.  This service can involve intensive service coordination, counselling, family counselling, and skills training.

Hours:   Daytime and some after school and evening times available.

Location:  Service is provided within the home or community throughout Haldimand and Norfolk.

Eligibility:  Children and youth up to 18 years of age and their family.
