Child & Youth Crisis Service

We provide a crisis intervention service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for children, youth and their families.

When a child or youth (under age 18) is feeling in crisis, OR parents/guardians are worried that their child/youth may be experiencing a crisis, help is available.  A qualified professional is available to talk with you by phone anytime of the day or night about what is happening.

PHONE 1-866-327-3224

The crisis worker will ask questions to better understand what is going on and help sort out what may be contributing to the stress.  He or she may also want to speak to the child/youth.  Suggestions will be given for handling the situation right now, and in some cases the Child and Youth Crisis Service provider will offer to have someone meet with you in person.  This is a voluntary service. The crisis service is available to provide risk assessment, follow-up support and can help to link children and youth to other community resources and support systems.

The Agency endeavours to provide a Scent-Free environment for the safety and comfort of all. Please refrain from the use of scented products when attending any of our sites and/or programs.
