The Canadian Centre for Accreditation is a national, not-for-profit organization offering accreditation specifically tailored to community-based health and social services organizations across Canada.
Accreditation is a process that involves setting standards and then evaluating the success of an organization by verifying that the standards have been achieved. Accreditation formally acknowledges an agency’s achievement of the standards at a given point in time, but the process is also dynamic, ongoing, and encourages organizations to strive for continuous improvement and learning.
Being an accredited agency is an important designation for the agency as it demonstrates that Haldimand-Norfolk REACH is an organization that continuously pursues excellence and values a high degree of accountability to our community and people we serve.
